Frequently Asked Questions

In order to provide you the best possible service, the following policies are in place

 

Cancellations: I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and changes. This is to allow me to guarantee a time block for each and every client. Less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

 

Minors:  Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in my workspace for safety reasons. Those between 12 and 18 may receive services if accompanied by an adult guardian for the initial consultation.   

Pets: With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted in my workspace for safety reasons.   

Illness:  If you have symptoms of any illness, even a common cold, I respectfully require that you reschedule your appointment for a time when you are symptom-free.  

Lateness: Please let me know as soon as possible if you suspect that you will be running late.  Lateness of 10 minutes or more may require a change to your services, as time allows.  Lateness of 20 minutes or more may result in a rescheduling fee and loss of time slot.  

Nail repairs: All repairs are subject to a charge, although most gel repairs made within 10 days will fall under my work guarantee and will be a complimentary service.  

I reserve to right to refuse gel service on damaged, peeling, or improperly removed nails.

YES! Don't worry, both locations have free lots attached. Plan some extra time to navigate as they can get busy.
