FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Parking There is an abundance of parking at the meters along Washington Blvd and in the neighborhoods surrounding the clinic. Along both sides of Washington, there are metered spaces available for 2 hours. Should you need a refill while you are here, I have plenty of quarters for you! Side streets Walgrove, Redwood, Michael, and Alla have free parking spots available. Just make sure you read all pertinent signs, as they are each different due to street cleaning and school hours.
Location I am my own business, Sparkles by Susannah Kent, separate from LA Sports Massage. However, the folks at the clinic are wonderful and when you enter through the front door of the sage green building, I or one of the friendly staff members will be there to greet you, show you around, and take care of you!
Cancellations I understand that life can throw a curveball now and again. Should you need to change up your appointment, it's easy to do so inside the Fresha app, which you can access through the booking button at the top of the page, or through your confirmation email. I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations, reschedules, and changes to service type. This is to allow me to guarantee a time block for each and every client. Less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
Lateness: Please let me know as soon as possible if you suspect that you will be running late. Â Lateness of 10 minutes or more may require a change to your services, as time allows. Â Lateness of 20 minutes or more may result in a rescheduling fee and loss of time slot.
Minors Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in my workspace for safety reasons. Those between 12 and 18 may receive services if accompanied by an adult guardian for the initial consultation. Parents/guardians are always welcome to stay for the duration of the service.
Pets Pets are not permitted in my workspace for safety reasons. Â Service animals are always welcome in compliance with state and federal laws.
Illness If you have symptoms of any illness, even a common cold, I respectfully require that you reschedule your appointment for a time when you are symptom-free. I appreciate everyone practicing as much safety as possible.
